The Challenge:

The multiple and unique sales processes in our business creates complexity in organising these in one system. This includes Franchise Ready clients themselves, as well as managing the leads as part of our recruitment service we deliver on behalf of our clients. 

We needed a system that could be customised and scale as we grow- we have experienced immense growth over the last 2 years, bringing on new team members to boost the recruitment and business sales function of the business, as well as marketing and additional consultants.  

We are a one stop shop for all franchising requirements from consulting, document creation, recruitment, operations and more- servicing both budding franchisors, already established franchise brands, as well as franchisees. An out of the box CRM was too rigid for us, and could not adequately meet the ever expanding, broad nature of our business and service the diverse needs of our clients.

Working with Dashboard has allowed us to add in and customise features to suit our unique business. Dashboard CRM has been instrumental in assisting our business growth, and it had become the central hub for our workflows.

  •  Ability to auto-generate reports showcasing highlights to be presented to clients.
  • Housing different contact types within one CRM.
  • Sending out EDMs with a call to action from fields that feed directly back to our CRM
